The latest round of the Plugged-in Communities Grant has opened, with a further £4 million available to help community transport organisations in Scotland move to zero-emission vehicles.

Eligible organisations can receive:

• Up to £75,000 towards the cost of a fully electric community transport vehicle
• Up to £95,000 in total where eligible accessibility adaptations and charging infrastructure are included
• No match funding requirement

The funding includes electric minibuses and wheelchair accessible vehicles, making this a significant opportunity for community transport operators considering replacing diesel vehicles or expanding their fleet.
