The VW Crafter minibus conversion sets the benchmark for capacity, comfort and customisation in group transport. As a 17 seat VW Crafter, it comfortably accommodates large passenger loads, or in shorter layouts serves as an 8-seat minibus conversion—ideal for smaller community groups, shuttle services or private hire. With flexibility in mind, the Crafter also offers fully compliant wheelchair accessible minibus options: up to six wheelchair positions in the long-wheelbase Super Hi body, plus a choice between onboard passenger lifts or underfloor cassette lifts. Choose from three lengths (5.9 m to 7.3 m), multiple engine options (102, 140 or 177 bhp), and high-roof or super-high-roof bodystyles, all delivered with Volkswagen’s premium build and GM Coachwork engineering. Whether you need a high-capacity people carrier, accessible transport, or tailored layouts to suit your unique requirements, the VW Crafter conversion makes large group travel both practical and comfortable.
Available in three wheelbases and a choice of engine outputs, the Crafter starts as an eight seater minibus but can accommodate up to 17 seats in the rear cabin. These can be positioned to your requirements. The Crafter can take up to six wheelchairs in the long wheelbase option. Other layouts are available with fewer wheelchairs or a combination of both seats and wheelchair positions. The Crafter is available with the choice of an onboard passenger lift or an underfloor cassette lift.
With the VW Crafter Condor, you can choose from three engine options, the 2.0 Tdi 102, 2.0 Tdi 140 or the 2.0 Tdi 177.
